Street Food. BYOB.
Kati rolls, chaat, live pani puri — India's street food done right in Piscataway and New Brunswick. BYOB welcome.
Kati Rolls, Made Right
Spiced fillings, flaky paratha, wrapped tight. This is the dish the whole menu is built around.
Live Pani Puri at Your Table
Crisp puris filled tableside with spiced water and tamarind. One bite. It's that good.
From the Kitchen
The Space on Stelton Road
Exposed brick, gold pendant lights, moss walls, Bollywood on the TV. BYOB. Free parking.
India's Streets, Your Table
Stelton Road had biryani and thali buffets — but nobody was doing Indian street food like this. Kati Rolls by Bombay Spice opened to fix that.
