Stelton Road had biryani and thali buffets — but nobody was doing Indian street food like this. Kati Rolls by Bombay Spice opened to fix that.

I ordered 4 samosas and started eating them as soon as I got I the car. Delicious with a hint of heat is the best description for it. I have a higher tolerance than most for hot spices due to my love of the Carolina Reaper. It was perfect for me. I think it was the owner who took my order. He was very professional and courteous. I will be back to try a few Kati rolls.
